Sim Center Scheduling Request Form

Please fill out the following form/request to schedule a session with Hennepin Healthcare ISEC (Interdisciplinary Simulation Education Center).

We suggest sending this request at least eight weeks prior to your requested date(s) as our schedule gets filled quickly. This will provide sufficient time to optimally plan, design and prepare the curriculum and resources for your requested education session.

Expectations for running programs in the SIM Center:

• If you are planning to include simulation in your session, we require simulation and debrief training to those who will develop/write, run or debrief simulation scenarios. Access our simulation and debrief training classes.
• All Curriculum- Scenarios, agenda, skills stations and assignments are required to be finalized at a minimum of one week prior to the scheduled session. If the curriculum is not finalized one week prior, the program risks cancellation.
• We look forward to working with you and will contact you within 3-5 business days to confirm and to set up an in-person or planning meeting.
